Welcome to Therapy

Welcome to therapy! Caring for your mental health is a wonderful investment in yourself and the future. 

 

We all are worthy of finding mental wellness. As your therapist, you will not need to feel alone in your pursuit of feeling better. My practice is a place for you to address mental health, life goals, transitions, past trauma, grief, and overall mental wellbeing. It is always my honor to show up with authenticity and attunement in order to collaborate with clients as they pursue meaning and mental wellness. 

 

I have over 8 years of experience as a psychotherapist providing care to adults looking to improve their mental health. My approach is eclectic as I draw from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, trauma focused psychotherapy, and Yoga in order to best meet the needs of each client. My work is insight based while also incorporating knowledge from neuroscience as I help clients build positive habits, shift thinking patterns, manage symptoms and heal from past trauma.  

 

 My practice is a place of healing where individuals of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, faith traditions, and disability statuses are welcome and celebrated. I humbly identify as an ally of individuals in the BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. I am affirming of all identities and am sex-positive. I am committed to providing inclusive therapy services in order to continually improve the accessibility to quality mental health care for all people. 

 

I will be authentic and attuned as your therapist. I believe in holistic care for mental health and work to de-pathologize human suffering. My hope is to create a welcoming space where all people can connect to their authentic self.

My practice is currently offering telehealth and private pay for individual therapy. I do also accept HSA/FSA and can provide superbills if you want to submit these to your insurance provider.
