About

Aimee Metzger

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. It is my privilege to provide outpatient telehealth mental health therapy to individuals in the state of Wisconsin as well as mental health workshops. I work with adults who are looking to start or continue their journey of attending to their emotional and psychological health. I believe that care for our mental health should be integrated into our lives in the same way that we attend to physical health. With my training in cognitive behavioral therapy Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and mindfulness, I work with clients to find balance, meaningful connections, healing, and emotional wellbeing.

When I'm not being a therapist, I enjoy spending time outside, spending time with my family, going on hikes, good coffee, reading, yoga, and daring to try something outside of my comfort zone every once in awhile.
