UW Madison has developed a great program, Healthy Minds. Explore their research and try this new app the Healthy Minds Program to learn more about mindfulness and mental health

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is a well researched intervention and can be found at local clinics, but, Palouse Mindfulness is one site that offers the course for free to those who want to try an online version of the 8 week program
